How to Sign Up for School Messenger
Be sure your email and cell phone numbers are correct in Infinite Campus. You can update one phone number in Parent Portal.
EMAILS: If you are already receiving emails from the district regarding things like inclement weather, district-wide announcements, etc, then you don’t need to do anything else.
If you are not receiving emails, you can update during open house or send an email with subject line “Update School Infinite Campus Email” to email@example.com. Let Mrs. Miller know what email(s) you would like in the system for School Messenger. It may take up to 3 business days for your email to get corrected.
TEXTS: If you are already receiving text messages from the district regarding things like inclement weather, district-wide announcements, etc, then you don’t need to do anything else.
If you are not receiving texts, one of two errors may exist:
1. You may have unsubscribed at some point in the past year. If you recall doing this, you can send the text HELP to 67587. The reply you receive should include directions on how to resubscribe.
2. Your cell phone number may be incorrect or missing from School Messenger. You can also update by emailing Ms. Miller firstname.lastname@example.org.
